Robert Sallis MD, FAAFP, FACSM, is a Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, Chief Medical Officer for the Los Angeles Football Club, Team Physician for the Los Angeles Clippers, and Program Director Emeritus of Sports Medicine Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center
He collaborates with scientists at the Department of Research & Evaluation on research. Recently, he was the senior author on a research article that showed being active can lower your risk of getting seriously ill with COVID, regardless of your race or the chronic conditions you may have.
